After 90+ years in production we've built a team clients turn to when something needs sorting, whatever it turns out to be. Not always an event. Not always something we've quoted for. Not always physical, either.

Our favourite ask so far has been a Porsche. Somewhere between that and branded merchandise, exhibition stands, print, signage, digital screens, a touch screen kiosk or a web app, if it's not on anyone else's job list, it's on ours.
Recently, That's Meant
Sourcing digital screens at short notice, producing a full exhibition stand and print run, turning around branded engraved water bottles as gifts, and building a touch screen kiosk and a web app from the ground up. None of it was in the plan. All of it was delivered to the same impeccable standard you've come to expect from us on everything else.

What is WWG's concierge service?
In short, it's a flexible extension of our production team for anything that falls outside your usual event or campaign brief, physical or digital. Rather than sourcing a new supplier for every one off request, you bring it to the team you already work with, and we scope it, quote it and deliver it.

Can I use the concierge service for something that isn't an event?
Yes. It isn't tied to a specific event or campaign, and it isn't limited to physical production. We've taken on jobs ranging from short notice AV sourcing to building a client facing web app, none of which were part of an original brief. If it's a genuine challenge and it needs sorting properly, it's within scope, and if you're not sure, the simplest way to find out is to ask.

How much does WWG's concierge service cost?
In short, it depends on the request, so there's no single price list. Cost is worked out on what's actually needed, not a fixed package.
A short print run costs very differently to a full kiosk build, so every request gets scoped and quoted on its own terms rather than forced into a standard rate card. What stays consistent is the standard: the same quality control and delivery you'd expect from any WWG production, whatever the size of the job.
