From boardrooms to arenas: events that move people, wherever they are.
We were brought in by a multinational software company to manage their Global Executive Meeting at Heathrow; the first time in three years that 120 executives had gathered from across the world. A team of 10 riggers, 15 producers, sound engineers and cameramen, full stage and set design, three manned cameras and a jib. Content edited on-site and distributed online to an audience of over 11,000 employees within two days of the event closing.
We've produced the WEConnect International Europe Conference in London; a two-day event bringing together women-owned businesses and corporate procurement professionals; delivering the conference launch film alongside full event capture for website and social distribution. We've captured the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition, produced event content for the Royal Academy of Engineering's Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, and managed multi-location conference delivery across four continents simultaneously.
