Concierge at WWG: From Merchandise to a Porsche
Our Favourite Request So Far? A Porsche.

A client once asked our Managing Director, Karen Hayes, if WWG could source a Porsche. Not for an event. Not on any brief. Just a Porsche.
After 90+ years in production, requests like that don't surprise us as much as they probably should. We are used to being asked for the big, obvious things: events, live broadcasts, campaigns. What's less obvious is how often clients also ask for something else entirely, something that has nothing to do with any of those.
What is WWG's concierge service?
In short, it's a flexible extension of our production team for anything that falls outside your usual event or campaign brief, physical or digital. That covers branded merchandise, exhibition stands, print, signage, digital screens, and builds like touch screen kiosks and web apps.
We built it because the pattern kept repeating. In the past year alone we've sourced digital screens at short notice, produced a full exhibition stand and print run, turned around branded engraved water bottles as gifts, and built a touch screen kiosk and a web app from the ground up. None of it was part of an original brief. All of it was delivered to the same standard as everything else we produce.
Why formalise it?
Because clients were already asking, informally, and we were already saying yes. Giving it a name means clients don't have to wonder whether a request fits, or feel like they are asking for a favour outside the relationship.
As for the Porsche, we will let you guess how that one turned out. If you have something fun, urgent or entirely outside the brief that needs sorting, that is exactly what our concierge service is for.
